The Information and Communication Society of India (ICSI) organized the Second Prof. B. Guha Memorial Annual Lecture on 13th May 2022 virtually.
This year's lecture titled "Data Diplomacy" was delivered by Amb. Shyam Saran, former Foreign Secretary, Government of India.
